Drip is a CRM and marketing automation platform focused on e-commerce businesses. With powerful tools for creating and customizing content, Drip can be a great tool for keeping in touch with your affiliates.

Rewardful integrates with Drip to let you create subscribers for each new affiliate registered to one of your campaigns. Getting started is simple - just click the "Integrations" link in the dropdown menu of your Rewardful dashboard, or just go directly to https://app.getrewardful.com/integrations.

Here, you'll find a list of the currently available integrations including one box for Drip. Find it, and click the "Connect" button to fill in your connection information.

Rewardful needs two pieces of information to make the connection with Drip: your API token and your account ID.

Your Drip API token is displayed on your User Settings page of the Drip dashboard.  There's also a direct link to that page just below the text field.

We also need your Drip account ID which can be found at the bottom of your Drip Account Settings page, also linked directly from below the relevant form field.

In addition to these, you may also optionally specify Drip tags that will be applied depending on the affiliate's campaign.  Rewardful lets you enter different tags for each of your current campaigns as well as a default tag to be applied when no campaign-specific tag is defined.

You can find a list of your current tags on the People screen of your Drip dashboard under the Tags tab.  There's a direct link to the page under the text field for Default tag in the Rewardful form.  You must select from your existing tags for each field you fill in or add new tags to meet your needs.

The details of how to set up your tags and how Rewardful uses them are covered in our Campaign Syncing article, so check that out if you have questions.

As new affiliates sign up for your program, you should see them replicated as subscribers in your Drip account with the first and last name and email address they registered with as well as any tags you specified. Rewardful also adds three additional fields to each subscriber it creates that can help you answer any questions your partners might ask concerning which link to use to access the Rewardful portal and how and where to direct new customers to your site. These will be displayed in the Custom Fields section of the subscriber detail screen as shown below.

Feel free to drop us a line at hello@getrewardful.com or hit us up in a chat session if you run into any problems getting set up.  We're happy to help get you unstuck. 🙂
